Who can join?
The Baltic Sea Commission is a geographical commission under the CPMR (Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions) and membership is linked to membership of the CPMR. This means that Regions wishing to become BSC members also must be members of the CPMR.
Baltic Sea regions from Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Denmark and the Russian Federation may become members of the Baltic Sea Commission.
If your region is interested in learning more about the Baltic Sea Commission before formally applying for membership, you are very welcome to attend a meeting in one or more of the thematic groups and to attend the Annual General Assembly as an observer.
